The Nystatiszna Intelligence Bureau, known informally as the NIB, is a civilian Intelligence agency, serving both domestic and foreign for the Republic of Nystatiszna. Officially tasked with gathering, processing, and analyzing national security information from around the country & the world, primarily through the use of human intelligence, interrogation and alternative information gathering methods such as social media scraping. The Bureau primarily focused on providing intelligence for the president and senate with it’s secondary objective of law enforcement.

The agency authorized by law to carry out and oversee covert action at the behest of the President and dictator of NIB. It exerts internal political influence through its tactical divisions, such as the Special Activities Center.
