The Bureau has been the subject of many controversies, including species rights violations,

The ransomware attack was linked back to Nystatiszna, after Nagato cybersecurity experts was able to partly de-encrypt the ransomware and was able to claw information together which pointed at the computer that created the ransomware files had Nys'tat'en fonts installed. Linguistic analysis of the ransomware note clearly pointed at a non-Nagatoian and the structure of the sentences similar to Borean languages. In the 8th of February the government came to the conclusion to pay the cyber ransom on the infected devices, to which the computers infected with the ransomware bricked with in 84 hours after payment.
