To get on the list of approval to run for Upper Senate, they are required to fill out several dozens of forms, pay 50,000 Russ and go in for an interview with the Nystatiszna Intelligence Beau Newport. As a pool for governmental positions they are reserved for high level positions of trust such as governors, department heads, advisers, chief justices and President's chief of staff.
