The '''North Ethalrian Confederacy''', commonly referred to as '''North Ethalria''' is an [[Ethalria|Ethalrian]] federal state which has existed since late 1 September 2019 between [[Vothetria]] and [[Kothalria]]. Although [[wikipedia:de jure|de jure]] a confederacy of equal states, the Confederation is considered [[wikipedia:de facto|de facto]] controlled and led by the largest and most powerful member, [[Vothetria]].

The federal constitution established the Vothetrian Prime Minister as bearer of the Bundespräsidium, or head of state, with the title President.
