The President of the NCEF being voted on by a council of the leaders of all the members in the NCEF. Though the president serving mostly as a symbol.
Several of the members has been observed to be mainly former colonies with Norgsveldet and as such share a common Norgsveltian language between the members, though Atlae is the second largest economic power and their influnce is felt as well. With Eyjaria's large oil wealth making them being avaible to also have their input on the alliance. With the adition of Vistaraland in 2020, it has been speculated that the economic influnce in the area will be more balanced.
The North Concordian Economic Forum was founded in 1990.
