The two would be in peace all the way until the Kingdom of Nagato falls to a coup d'etat. The [[East Nagato|Imperial State of Nagato]] was founded by [[S. R. Kakifty]], who rules with an iron fist. The Kingdom Resistance escapes from the Imperial State and moves to New Genesis Island where they establish the [[West Nagato|Grand Duchy of Nagato]] in 1941.
