[[Great Morstaybishlia]] is the administrative ruler of the Morstaybishlian Empire, comprised of four individual countries that share parliament, open borders, and many other policies. These are [[Staynes]], [[Caltharus]], [[South StaynesValeria]] and [[JustelvardJusdelva]].
