Moral Defecit, originially known by the Vistarian Tekort aan Moraal, is a Vistari televized historical drama series about the political intrigue surrounding the creation and signing of the Second Constitution of Hvaloaszna. A serialized drama, the show's three seasons follow the expierances of characters based on members of both sides of the conflict through the years 1929 to 1931, with the feature-length finale taking place a decade after, in early 1943.
