Mirhaime, officially Federation of the Mirhaimian Realm (Keffrysans na Sairna Mirhaimened), abbreviated M.H., byname Trinteria, is a country located in the continent if Novaris.
''The Federation of the Mirhaimian Realm'' (Fefsen: ᚠᛟᚾ-ᚨᛁᛗᛖ ᛗᛁᚱᚺᚨᛁᛗᛖ×ᛊᚨ. ''Ansa: Keffrysyans na Sairna Mirhaimened''), commonly referred to as ''Mirhaime (Fefsen: ᛗᛁᚱᚺᚨᛁᛗᛖ)'', is a country located in Novaris consisting of ten constituent Grand Dominions, two special metropolitan regions and nine islands. It shares a land border wigth Tedeschi, and Celannica to the East as well as a maritime border with Tretrid to the South, and Galevimland to the West.

It is a federal monarchy of 42 states and governorates organised under 10 Grand Dominions. The national capital is Ymirodraeth Special Administrative Region (SAR) which was established in 1650 as an entity independent from Loren directly managed by Empire Hill.

The territory of Mirhaime encompasses a wide variety of landscapes: the tall, sheer mountains of its Central Highlands which form a defensive barrier around its heartland; the forested hills of the urbanized Grand Dominion of Aeter; and the plains of the agricultural Grand Dominion of Kunasau. At the spiritual and economic heart of the country is the Metropolitan of Loren by the Nedh River flowing into the Armadh Channel separating the mainland from the Grand Dominion of Zorak. Along the banks of the Nedh and its principal tributaries stand hundreds of ancient ruins and sites of castlesy villages, towns and ancient centers of culture and education including names such as the urban OSEAGHE and Saint Ceamhaidh's Keep. All are centrepieces of Mirhaime's thriving tourist economy, which brings millions of visitors to the country each year, drawn by its natural beauty, history, culture, and cuisine (including its renowned wines and beers).

Though its federal system might otherwise be considered as a predominantly Republican system, the Lewydh, whose authorities extend over all three branches of government, also occupies the Marghal Throne and the associated styles and titles - qualifying them as a monarch.

Various Fefsen-speaking tribes have inhabited modern Mirhaime since antiquity with the very first human, and elven presence in the country being recorded around 500,000 years prior in caves around the tiarnas of Tenkir, and Yseult. These tribes later developed into some of Novaris' oldest advanced civilizations beginning with the human Rytak civilization (1600-1700 BU) in modern day Loren, the Sybak civilization (1600-1500 BU) on Sentinel Island, and the Fefsen-speaking elven Ostka civilization (1400-1300 BU) in modern day Yseult. These major civilizations later fractured into independent teyrnions and kingdoms that existed throughout the period known as Classical Trinteria before being united into the Trinterian Commonwealth around the 1st century CE through the efforts of Aran the Great, usurper of the former Patriarch of the Aeterite Hierarchy.

The most important event in recent Mirhaimian history is the Ymirodraeic Revival of 1865-1868 prompted by decades of economic inequality caused by a shaky period of industrialization and the lack of representation in the functioning of the government. This precipitated the Marghal Revolution of 1865 which overthrew the regime of old and produced many important documents, changes and reforms which still expresses Mirhaime's ideals to this day on top of being the guiding principle of its foreign policies and government for the next few decades.

With the end of the Great War, troubles at home and numerous other events this saw Mirhaime intensify its involvement abroad mainly for the economic opportunities that it might bring as well as to distant Mirhaime away from the same Novaran entanglements that saw the country endure a brutal eight years of combat. These endeavours resulted in Mirhaime becoming (thus far) small player on the international stage though large enough for people to remember its name. It's current most important entanglements are in Arcturia in the from of Phoenixian Afragola - a colony historically subjected to economic exploitation with a deep rift in its society still - and Western Gondwana where it is currently acting as a de-facto arbiter for regional affairs with a defence treaty signed with the Serene Emirate of Sayyed, and a protectorate status extended over the Theocratic Republic of Aldaar. Its most recent war was fought in 2017 with the outbreak of the Second Dømin War in Afragola which was sparked by popular uprising that it helped put down. However, with the threats of Western Gondwana being engulfed in war again, Mirhaime is preparing itself for all possible scenarios leading into 2023 and beyond.
With a major economic recession, and numerous catastrophic political events, Mirhaime underwent a period of depression from the late 1950s to early 1960s which reached its height with the Coup of Draal, an attempt to overthrow the central government in Loren SAR by disgruntled Realm Guards unit in 1963. The coup, though defeated, created the necessary political atmosphere for liberal elements within the Ansan Coalition to gain momentum, resulting in the election of Breandán M. Kairas to the position of Paragon of the Federation in 1964 after a landslide victory in the democratic processes involved. Under Kairas, the Mirhaime stabilized its economy, and begun a period of growth which still lasts till this day.

The mother tongue of the majority of the population is Fefsen which has many varying dialects by region. The most important foreign language is Staynish, which is taught in schools in all federal governorates. Mirhaime's culture is inherently diverse and with numerous traditions, institutions and events being recorded and recognized internationally. Many sites in Mirhaime are recognized as World Heritage Sites due to their cultural, and historical significance.

=Etymology=
The ''Staynish'' word ''Trinteria'' derives from the archaic term ''Trinktri'sa'' which is used in Mirhaime to refer to the heartlands of the Mirhaimian realm around the Don'drah plains. The native term ''Mirhaime'', the true meaning of which is lost to time, was first documented in the 12th century Before Unification in ''"Codex of the Realm"'' written by a collection of unknown writers in Old Fefsen, and was later adopted as the official name of the Commonwealth in Fefsen (ᚲᛟᛗ-ᛚᚨᚦᚨᛊ ᛗᛁᚱᚺᚨᛁᛗᛖ×ᛊᚨ. translit: Commonwealth of the Mirhaimian Realm). By historical records and writings, beginning in the 10th Century Before Unification, educated Trinterians (humans; dwarves; and elves alike) began to refer to themselves as ''daoine Mirhaime'' (Mirhaimian people).
