With the end of the Great War, troubles at home and numerous other events this saw Mirhaime intensify its involvement abroad mainly for the economic opportunities that it might bring as well as to distant Mirhaime away from the same Novaran entanglements that saw the country endure a brutal eight years of combat. Mirhaime's culture is inherently diverse and with numerous traditions, institutions and events being recorded and recognized internationally. Many sites in Mirhaime are recognized as World Heritage Sites due to their cultural, and historical significance.
