What is a "Magister"?

A member of the Magisterium is called a magister. Magisters are responsible for legislation in TEP.

How do I become one?

Funny you asked... All you need is a Public Disclosure Form and either a) a WA nation in TEP or b) a willingness to answer questions from current magisters.
