'''Lukyan Tarasovich Yolkin''' ([[Volkian language|Volkian]]: Лукьян Тарасович Ёлкин) is the founder and leader of the [[Volkian|Volkia]] doomsday cult known as [[Yarkiye]]. He was convicted of masterminding the deadly [[2002 Volkgoroda bombings]] in addition to several other crimes. Yolkin was [[Capital punishment in Volkia|sentenced to death]] in 2006. Yolkin's execution in 2018 was postponed after further arrests of Yarkiye members. He is currently awaiting execution on death row at Federal Penitentiary - Rybilensk, located in Norindzhik Oblast.
