The '''League of Novaris''', commonly abbreviatedabbreviate as the '''LN''' and referred to as simply the '''League''' by member states, is an intergovernmental organization in [[Novaris]].

The creationLeague ofwas thecreated Leagueon wasJune proclaimed13, in2017, with the signing of the Charter of the League of Novaris, whichby wassix signedfounding onnations: June[[Celanora]], 13[[Hustreache]], 2017[[Lapinumbia]], by[[Mexregiona]], six Novaran countries[[Arlavia]], and came into full force shortly afterwards[[Tretrid]]. The creation of the League of Novaris happenedoccured against the backdrop of the then-ongoing [[Auroran-Pacific War]], aswhich itsaw drew [[Tretrid]]Kuthernburg, [[Mexregiona]], and [[Kuthernburg]]Tretrid togetherfight ason alliesthe side of the Bursil Alliance. TheThis resultingresulted in increased dialogue between the twothree nations and friendly countries leadled to talks between Tretrid,them Kuthernburg,and [[Aponivia]],aligned [[Nacata]], [[Lapinumbia]], and [[Mexregiona]]nations to create an organization to bothpreserve serve to preserveregional peace, ensure international cooperation, and to represent Novaris on a global stage. ItThe League roughly sought to emulate the [[Auroran Continental Assembly]], though significantly less restrictive. The LeagueNovaran Council manages the relations between the League and international entities and sets League policy, while various sub-organizations allow member and associate states to cooperate on matters like infrastructure and social development.

There are three types of League nationnations: Full Members, who have voting seats at the Council and have most if not all of their territory in Novaris, AssociatesAffiliates, who may vote on the council in case of a tie and have some territory in Novaris, and Observers, nations that cannot vote and possess no territory in Novaris but are invested in furthering relations with League states.

The League of Novaris has since grown to a total ofinclude twenty-twoeight member nations since thenits founding, and has gained four affiliate and one observer nations.

The League has grown from its six founding states ([[AponiviaArlavia]], [[KuthernburgCelanora]], [[Lapinumbia]], [[Mexregiona]], [[NacataHustreache]], and [[Tretrid]]) to a total of twenty-eight full member states.
