LAA Air Andorinhões (Cruzese: LAA Linhas Aéreas dos Andorinhões), is the flag carrier of the Andorinhões. Based in Colheitas, the airline operates an all-Airtrain fleet on domestic services within the Andorinhões and medium-haul services in Aurora.
History
LAA Air Andorinhões was established in 1959 as the national carrier. In 1971, following the proclamation of the Socialist Republic of the Martlets Islands, the airline became a public (state-owned) company.
In 2007, the Andorinhean government signed an agreement with the CAA Airlines Corporation of the Andorinhões. The new administration discontinued the hub at São João das Ilhas International Airport and moved the arline's hub to Ernesto Coelho International Airport. In 2009, CAA officially acquired a majority of shares, becoming the majority owner of the company.
