Cascadii was founded by a group of forest nomads that lived around Lake Cascadii on May 23rd, 1267. One day they decided they wanted to stay in one place and start a nation, so they founded a tiny village that became the capital Doulasa. Some other nomads went to the coast, there they founded a port village, which quickly became much bigger than Douglasa. This port village later became Portowe. Every May 23rd the nation of Cascadii celebrates the founding of their nation, called Founding Day. |
