Koeman Ifirate (born 8 November 1969) served in the Kommando Spezialkräfte between 1996 and 1997. He was born in Sodenz before the nuclear disaster and moved to Woten with his brother Nickolay where they both entered the Woten Military Academy.
He was hunted down by Delores Sofura for committing war crimes during his Kommando raids in Salovia during the Salovian Civil War but was never captured. He was in exile with his brother Nickolay Ifirate before eventually coming into service of Lenski Sarinn as head of security, later, Koeman becoming Prime Minister of Thalria under the President.
