Javad Mansur (Dabiristani: جواد منصور) is a Dabiristani politician and was the eighth president of Dabiristan from 23 April 2006 to 23 April 2014 after serving as vice president under Musa Nazeri and Abdolhassan Maharadi. Javad Mansur became the first president of Dabiristan to hold office for two terms. Mansur has criticised the Wahdist Republican Party in recent years for rampant corruption within the party which have caused it to lose popularity in recent years.
Following the end of his second term, Mansur has mostly retired from politics. He still holds a position in the Supreme Advisory Council where he is known to give his input on contemporary issues.
