'''''Jørgen Rostad Bjørn''''' '''''the Vth''''' is the current Jarl of [[Vakrestrender]] and it's isles. Being born during the 5th of March 1995. He was educated Vakrestrender's State University for Digital Arts. He inherited the jarldom after his family was bombed by a AoP suicide bomb on 5th of March 2018. Bjørn succeeded his father upon his death on 5th of March 2018 at the age of 22. The being the youngest ever to the throne and the first transmantransgender Jarl of Vakrestrender. His is known for being a patron of the arts and entertainment festivities, regularly hosting growing variety of different kinds of international cultural expos and hosting massive Ulvrikian movie releases. Acting as red carpet gathering for the Ulvrikian's movie industry elites, personally hosted in herhis theater by herhis castle. On top of film industry elites, his host every year the Ulvrikian Animation Expo open the public and is hosted in Joachim's grand convention center. Personally opening and the closing of each of the week long animation expo.

Jørgen was educated at the private school N. Hagual School in Vakkerhavfruebukt, from which he graduated in 2014. Later for college Jørgen, he went to Vakrestrender's State University for Digital Arts, completing herhis degree later in 2021. The accession to the throne was much earlier than anyone could have foreseen due to the Red Crown Terrorist Attack, resulting in the death of his family and automatic accession to the Jarl.
