Immigration in Packilvania refers to the laws and structures and the circumstances relating to the control of the influx of foreigners into Packilvania. The visa requirements stipulate the rights to acquire and limitations under a specific visa that is imposed on foreigners travelling and staying in Packilvania or Packilvanians travelling abroad. A visa in Packilvanian is known as luKhatam aluKhravan (the Seal of Travel).

Visas also known as luKhatam aluKhravan are temporary documents. They provide finite access to Packilvania.

Visa granting

In Packilvania visas are granted as follows:

  • No visa travel (luKhravan luHareeh): A holder of a passport from a particular country
  • Visa on arrival (luKhatam yeluHadar): The visa is granted on arrival by the visitor
  • Visa by application (luKhatam yeluQataran): The visa is granted by prior application from the home country.

Visa permissions

These are the types of visas which holders of the passport must apply for based on the action that they wish to undertake.

  • luKhatam aluKhravan aluBazrakisook (Visa of Commerce): This visa is granted to someone who wants to conduct commerce in Packilvania.
  • luKhatam aluKhravan aluShugul (Visa of Work): This visa is granted to someone who wants to work in Packilvania
  • luKhatam aluKhravan aluLiyah (Visa of Study): This visa is required when studying in Packilvania. One is allowed to attend an educational institution for the duration of the programme, but cannot work or conduct trade in most jobs except in the academic space.
  • luKhatam aluKhravan aluHimay (Visa of Protection): This visa is granted to people who are trying to escape from a war zone or natural disaster or persecution and genocide in their own country. Visas can be granted such that access to different parts of the country is limited.

  • luKhatam aluKhravan aluDominmne (Visa by province) only allows travel to one or more provinces. This visa is extremely rare
  • luKhatam aluKhravan aluVilayet (Visa by Territory) allows travel to an overseas territory

Permanent residency

Permanent residency allows a person to live in Packilvania indefinitely and enjoy most of the benefits of citizenship

Results

Permanent residency allows you to live, work, study, and conduct commerce in Packilvania without the need for a visa. You will also be issued with a Packilvanian ID and a Packilvanian passport but both will state that you are from another country. You will, however, not be eligible to be appointed to high-level civil service, political and judicial jobs as well as jobs in the legal profession. Furthermore, your children will not automatically receive citizenship.

Most people prefer permanent residency because it allows them to live in Packilvania and they do not have to give up their home country's citizenship.

Requirements

  • You are eligible for permanent residency if you have lived in Packilvania for 7 years without a criminal record.
  • You are eligible for permanent residency of you have in Packilvania for 3 years of you own assets of over 144 million PXD (1.2 million KRB) and you do not have a criminal record.
