The Cenhelmings would unify a large swath of land under Easþrena, which they would rule until 1255 upon its conquest by Norþrena amidst Tretridian unification. Though they were dispossessed of their ancestral seat in Sigested, the House of Cenhelm ended up as an influential player in medieval Tretridian politics. In 1689, Wilheard III became the first Cenhelming king of Tretrid and Seccera after inheriting the crowns from his mother Eadgyð I, and the House of Cenhelm would continuously rule the two kingdoms in personal union until the death of Bada II in 1802, upon which the line of succession was split.
