Harmeus was the second son and third child of [[Thadeus II]] of [[Great Morstaybishlia|Morstaybishlia]] and [[Victoria IV]] of [[Kuthernburg]]. He became the sovereign of Blueacia after their independence was granted in 1975 after being invited to do so.
