The Articles of Confederation were the first Constitution of the East Pacific. Instituted in late 2003 by One Infinite Loop, the Articles would be suspended upon the Ratification of the Charter in 2005.

The Articles contain various real life references, revealing how tied in roleplay and governance was during that time period.
