The 13th Magisterium was a meeting of the legislative branch of the East Pacific. It met from February 27th, 2012 to September 07, 2012. The reason for the abnormally long session is that elections for the 13th Magisterium did not occur until sometime in June 2012. The Provost, Todd McCloud, was elected on June 12th, 2012 ([https://forum.theeastpacific.com/provost-t11542.html#p90887 Link]).

The 13th Magisterium was a meeting of the legislative branch of the East Pacific. It met from February 27th, 2012 to August, 2012. The reason for the abnormally long session is that elections for the 13th Magisterium did not occur until sometime in June 2012. The Provost, Todd McCloud, was elected on June 12th, 2012 (Link).

Following the passage of the Magisterium Reform Act, and a subsequent vote by the Citizenry, Magisters no longer are elected, but rather are accepted into the Magisterium after supplying an oath, and serve for an indefinite term.
