The [[flag of Elissia]] is called the Elissian Phoenix. It was created in 1945 as a replacement for the [[Duchy of Elissia|Duchy of Elissia’s]] flag, which was used during the [[Elissian Civil War]]. The colors on the flag are (from top to bottom): Unovian Red, White, Emerald Green, White, and Gensi Blue. In the middle of the flag is an image of the Unovian Phoenix, the symbol for the Unovia Region, surrounded by a Gensi Blue circle with a white border. Between each bar color is a white stripe.
