Born in [[Asilica]] in 1977, Lingurtz was raised to an [[Ethalria (Grand Matriarchy)|Ethalrian]] mother and Asilican father. Forced to relocate to the [[Ethalria (Matrharchy)|Matriarchy of Ethalria]] at age 3, she grew up in the Sofura regime, where she was systematically oppressed for her [[Altfers|Altferian]] ancestry growing up.
