Deisha Káan (in Kuduk: 得煞-龛, born 12 December 1944) is the First Prime Minister of Kuduk who was elected into power following the 2023 Kuduk General Election. She represents the National Progress Party, which seeks to move forward with Kuduk's modernization initiatives with a cautious process. Prior to becoming the leader of the NPP Grand Coalition, Káan was head of the Progressive Party of Kuduk which held many of the same values the NPP does today.

Káan was born in Táatusa Village located within the south of the Hey Tribe of Kuduk. She became interested in Kuduk politics and history during her studies at the College of Ayanka where she got a bachelor's degree in Kuduk History.

In the 2023 Kuduk General Election, Káan defeated the Conservative Party's leader Tata Xáanshi and the Labor Party Leader Xunáa Mashak. Following the election, Káan became the first ever prime minister of Kuduk.
