PaxPay is an online payment solutions platform that originates in Packilvania. It was founded in 2005 by Sahool Jawer in the city of Kemer which remains its legal home and center of operations. PaxPay facilitates online transactions from e-commerce websites and mobile applications by facilitating communication to and from clearing houses via a centralised and uniform user interface and user identity management system. PaxPay is available as both a module that can be integrated into applications and websites as well as a standalone mobile application which also provides a digital wallet for cards and payment by scanning QR codes.

Users create accounts using their email address and/or mobile number once they download the mobile application. Their accounts are linked to a profile whereby they populate it with relevant personal information. Users can add their bank cards to the mobile wallet. This allows them to execute transactions with vendors that are on the PaxPay network. Users can scan the QR code of a vendor which will allow them to pay for services. Users can also scan their virtual card on a card scanning device that allows tapping or tap-scanning. The company is the largest online payment solutions platform in Packilvania.
