{{Politics of Packilvania}}
The [[Council of Ministers of Packilvania|'''Council of Ministers of Packilvania''']] is the highest advisory body to the [[Sultan of Packilvania]]. It runs the administration of the country and executes decrees. Members of the Council of Ministers are called Ministers and they oversee executive government departments. They also have the power to issue regulations and rules as determined by decree. Most of the decrees issued by the Sultan are drafted by the members of the Council of Ministers. In reality, the Council of Ministers composes and proposes decrees for the approval of the Sultan. The Sultan appoints all the members of the Council of Ministers and can dismiss them at will. However, the Sultan has not dismissed or appointed new members in over a decade.
