Comlathas

The Commonwealth of Associated States (CAS; CAS; High Fefsen: Comlathas na nStáit Comhréamhacha, CSC; Alsaayqayidu:), also called the Comlathas, is an intergovernmental military alliance and political economic union of X states -- X Novaran, and X Gondwanan and 1 Arcturian. Formally established in its current form in 1981 as the principal organ through which the Trinterian Mutual Defence Act would be implemented as outlined by by the Ortheiad Accord. The Comlathas has since outgrown its original military purpose, and has also evolved into a supranational organization faciliating international cooperation politically and economically. The Comlathas Enhanced Defence Organization is a principal organ of the Comlathas represents its collective security system wherein member-states agree to defend each other against attacks from third parties under the leadership of CEDO's global high command, and various supporting regional commands. The Comlathas Financial Union represents the economic aspect of the organization, aiming to foster economic integration among its member states including a common market, and customs union.

Originally a functional merger of the Mirhaimian Co-Prosperity Sphere, and the Thalorian Imperial Federation, the Comlathas was envisioned to be an suprational entity to both facilitate the framework ideals of Trinterian Reconciliation and form a cohesive defensive pact to further the cause of national demilitarization. The alliance has since grown to include multiple, non-Novaran member-states and, besides actions to further its aims of ensuring the free movement of people, goods, services and capital, the Comlathas had been involved in military operations across its principle regions. The organization's motto is "Le Chéile Déanaimis-é" in High Fefsen, and "X" in Alsaayqayidu, both meaning "Together We Overcome".

The Comlathas' main headquarters are located in Imirodreath, Mirhaime, while CEDO's principal military headquarters are near Venecry, Costalan. In addition to this, CEDO's Novaran Command is located in the Emerald Coast, Thalor while its Gondwanan Command is located in Khor Sha'aidat, Sayyed. The Comlathas Financial Union is headquartered in Ortheaid, Thalor. The Comlathas' Privy Council, and the General Secretariat are permanently located in the Canarite Condominium and are responsible for making decisions that affect the entirety of the organization. Regional Councils are represented by the elected leader of their respective blocs, and are headquartered accordingly. As of 2024, the Novaran Council is led by the The Federation of Thøn, while the Gondwanan Council is led by the West Gondwanan Railway Zone.
