Cirí (KEE-ree), officially the Free State of Cirí (High Fefsen: Stáit Saoirse na Cirí; Ciríagh: Stòit Saoirse d'Cirí), is a Grand Dominion in Central Mirhaime comprising of the Governorates of Críocha, Móra, Ruiféin, and Ancoa as well as the Barony of Saothair, the city of Draen-by-Crióil and the regional capital, the United Teáncáirite Domain.

Written records of the Dominion's history dates back to the founding of the Margan Kingdom in the 10th century BCE, though traces of continuous habitation dates back to the 14th century BCE. With no geographic boundaries beyond the Crióil river, Cirí has historically been considered an extension of the the Mirhaimian heartland, Marga, up until the Kingdom's Diarchy Period that saw it divided into the Northern and Southern Margan Kingdom (also known as the Aeterite Empire) reigned from Draen-by-Crióil and Imirodraeth respectively. United once again with its southern half following the collapse of the Draeic Court in the aftermath Aran the Great's Margan Campaign, Cirí was first recognized as a dominion during the subsequent reign of Iesca the Great. Thereafter, with favourable conditions granted by the rich Crióil delta interconnected with the Nedh, the Ciríote population soared, ever more so after Trinterian campaigns to subjugate the North saw the establishment of several new dominions.

With favourable natural conditions, from the 17th century onwards, Cirí became one of the polycentric centerpoints of the Measúnacht (lit: 'Miracle', industrialization in Trinterian states) as its cities have conglomerated into a large complex with a vast industrial landscape.

Today, Cirí is especially known for its strong economy characterised by the presence of various industries such as car manufacturing, electrical engineering, aerospace manufacturing, mechanical engineering, and more. It has the second-highest gross regional product (GRP) in Mirhaime, and overall the third-highest within the Trinterian Economic Community. Two of Mirhaime's "Big Four" motorworks are headquartered in Cirí, namely Potsá Motorworks, and Varsila Auto. It is also home to Teáncáir Aerospace Consolidation.

Cirí is also recognised for its historical and architectural landmarks; as such, the sites of Old Ancoa, Draen-by-Crióil's Inner Ring, and Teáncáir's Dún Cogarnach are World Heritage List. The home of renowned centers of higher education and academies since the Trinterian Commonwealth, Cirí hosts Ancoa -- the largest student city in Mirhaime, with a university population of nearly 200,000 students within the city's metropolitan area.
