The '''Chancellor''' was the '''head of government''' of the former United Republic of [[Cappedore]], and also served as the most senior member of [[Cabinet of Cappedore|cabinet]]. The position was established in 1991 after the [[Great Reform Act 1990 (Cappedore)|Great Reform Act 1990]], which added a new tangents to the executive and legislative branches of the Cappedorite government (the cabinet and the [[Gemotern]]). It was abolished in 2023, after the concordat was repealed by the new [[Wealden|Wealdenite]] government.
