The Chamber of Reflection (Fefsen: Uraidh Meathrúa; also called, the room of reflection, reflection cabinet, or meditation cabinet) is where part of the initiation process of an Abhailist novice takes place. It is used as a test of isolation during which the recipient is invited to perform introspection. This is facilitated by the presence of symbolic objects and evocative sentences which may differ slightly depending on the rites. This phase of isolation generally begins the initiation ritual that a novice/layman experiences when they enter a course.

Though having originated from Abhailist doctrines and scriptures, the practice of a "Chamber of Reflection" became a persevering symbol of Trinterian culture, particularly amongst those who had recently assumed or are about to assume a position of authority. Though having lost some of its more religious undertones, the ritual has remained relatively unchanged and is known to be practiced amongst non-Abhailist Mirhaimians as well. According to Abhailist scriptures, the chamber of reflection represents a "womblike state", where an individual is to "participate in their rebirth" as they move onto a new turn of their life to indicate when the candidate emerges from the chamber, in the same manner as being born a new man or woman. The end and the beginning of a new story as they devote themselves to better themselves for their own benefits as well as those around them.

The chamber of reflection is not a recent innovation but an ancient tradition believed to predate even the Abhailist faith itself with its roots being traced back to the early days of the Aeterite Republic. Before moving onto a different page of their life, be it in marriage, parenthood, or election to a position of power, an individual is to be confronted with the gravity of their past choices and forced to, in isolation, reflect upon them so that any doubts they might have entertained could be acted upon. In this way they might be spared a commitment they have not truly resolved to make, as Trinterian folk beliefs advise to not trust a person who would not endure even the test of confronting themselves, much less having the resolve to better that which they had confronted. They are put in darkness and isolation because both of these things together decrease the perception of time, and make a relatively short period of time seem much longer. Thus, when an individual emerges, they have, to mind, long been in darkness. It serves to separate an individual from all earthly matters, their family, their occupation, and the superfluities of daily life, and makes them consider the notions of their own mortality and the responsibilities that await them ahead - a preparation tool to help them compose themselves in the path to come.

The Imperial Chamber of Reflection is the most famous of its kind, having been built nearly 3,000 years ago on the site of Empire Hill by the Mirhaimian capital of Ymirodraeth. Though having been renovated countless of time throughout its history, the chamber has always served a single purpose: to act as a place where this introspective ritual could be performed by soon to be coronated Trinterian Monarch and later Mirhaimian Leáidh as well. The last person to enter the chamber is the current Mirhaimian Leáidh, Alane Géarsi Cáiréas, who occupied it for 18 hours before emerging following her ascendance in 2022 CE.
