Cathryn Judith Gargano (née: Kipling; born 17 January 1980) is a Cappedorite-Wealdenite politician who has served as the leader of the People's Reform Party since October 2021 and has been part of the Federal Council for Thomaria since 2010. Gargano has a strong supporter base on account of her being pro-Wealdenite, a huge reformist stable in Cappedore with political affiliations in the People's Reform Party and the Union of Liberals.
