She became the first female Usprian elf to hold a ministerial position, and the first ever non-human to be elected to a cabinet position in [[Great Morstaybishlia]]. Her charitable work and patronage to over 10 charities throughout the past five decades has seen Laberos become the recipient of multiple accolades and honours, including the [[Order of the Highest Merit]] (OHM) in 2001 and a damehood in 2013.
