Samsey was born into a middle class family in Port Makuh to mother Jamesina Horald and father Arran Wallace Samsey on 1 April 1981. His family relocated to the Western Outliers in 1987 and he attended Klimper Collage. In 1998, he relocated with his family to Parenton, a small town near Dostega.
