'''Alyona Petrovavich''', born 6 August 1984 as Alyona Petrovabichvili, is the current Chancellor of Tuvaltastan. Previously, she had served as a representative for the Akhlos P'reria province in the Tuvalt Zedakhli. Born a year prior to the start of the Salovian Civil War, most of her early life had been spent in exile in the [[Ethalria (Republic)|Ethalrian Republic]], where she observed the war at a distance. In 2002, she returned to southern Salovia (soon to be Tuvaltastan) where she joined the fledgling Tuva-Altai Coalition (TAC), and quickly rose through the ranks, eventually becoming the commander of the North Nilovi region (home to the TAC capital Akhalibisi), leading a series of defensive operations that proved vital to the survival of the Coalition. Upon independence, she was be elected to become the first representative of Akhlos P'reria, serving under Chancellor [[Victor Victrovavich]].
