Agave gondwanensis, also called silver agave, Gondwanan agave, tequila agave, or Aldaari agave is a agave plant native to the nation of Aldaar, and the wider region of the Anabat. The plant's high production of sugars called agavins, which are high in fructose and dietary fiber, make the species ideal for distillation into tequila. Due to this, silver agave has become extremely important to the economy of Aldaar, as that is where it is largely grown.
