Abram Sokolov

Abram Sokolov is best know for being the third High-Minister of Tuvaltastan. He was first elected to the position on July 17th, 2012, and his administration has been elected three times altogether. His third term ended on July 17th, 2016, and was the first Codexian High-Minister of Tuvaltastan.
