A humanitarian aid mission sending medical and technical support was launched on the day of the attack, and the [[Axdel Armed Forces|armed forces]] in the [[Azure Sea]] were put on high alert in case of any additional attacks.

Chester also ordered that all [[Flag of Oscrelia|Oscrelian flags]] be flown at [[w:half-mast|half-mast]], and had the [[Oscrelian National Assembly]] observe a minute of silence when it convened.
