The judicial system follows a mix between the Daschtan and Ziaraa traditional law. A single judge uses common sense, statutes, precedent, and the Daschtan to decide on a case. Adversaries must appear in person to the court and have to cross examine eachother and any witnesses if applicable. Legal representation is forbidden, only those directly involved may appear in court. Indirect involvement must be given in the form of written evidence or otherwise. |
