Ziaraat: Difference between revisions

Ziaraat's political system combines elements of ancient tribal governance and (placeholder for religion) theocracy with the highest office held by a [[Plaar]] who is elected and sits untilfor life unless the [[Ijte]] feel that the Plaar has broken his vows. The government suppresses some civil liberties by supressingrestricting somethe right to protestsprotest and enforcing a dress code.
