With Vistaraland's history of colonialism within Arcturia, it was decided to allow the nation to serve as a permeant invitee to the [[OFAC|Organisation For Arcturian Cooperation]] on the 4th April, 1965. As a part of OFAC, Vistaraland gained economic ties across the continent of Arcturia through the Dominions of Valerijk. This eventually led to the Valrijkan-Arcturian Diplomacy Treaty in 1984, seeing Valerijk join as a full member of OFAC.
