Prime Minister Lupita Funkel and her government cabinet were accused by [[Clauzia Sarohart]] of embezzling million of Kiribs away from public sectors and taxpayers money in early May, a day after the leak website ''Tell The Truth'' (''TTT'') released sensitive data given to them by unknown robbery suspects hours before. Police took control of the situation and began an investigation which lasted less than a week, concluding the Prime Minister and her cabinet had embezzled over 11 million KRB over two years. Immediately following the report, parliament gave a vote of no confidence motioned by Leader of the Opposition Carla Schmidt, delivering an overwhelming 397 super-majority in the 416 seat house. 13 members of the Conservative party voted against and 6 abstained.
