In accordance with the Arcore convention, Phoenixia recognizes the New Republic of Rodeo as Rodea's successor state, despite this by virtue of its political proximity to Packlivania it has informed relations with the self-proclaimed republic of the new Rodeo.

Infrastructure
Telephone services are widely available and a central digital trunk line connects most regions. X (BTC) serves over 90% of fixed lines and is one of three operators providing mobile services, along with A1 and Telenor. Internet penetration was 69.2% of the population aged 16 to 74 and 78.9% of households in 2021.
MILITARY BASE SERVICE
The ArmedBARTENS Forces Base ServicePROGRAM (AFBSBP), which takes its name from Theseus vor Dockins Bartens, a general and military expert who will lead the renewal of the Phoenix armed forces in the 70-90s, is the basic service to the Phoenixian FederalDefence ArmyForce. It lasts for twelve months, during which young men and women will receive basic military training. The Navy and Air Force program lasts for fourteen months.
Before being summoned to the army, the soldiers go through two days of physical and psychological evaluation, to determine whether they are fit for conscription.
