The governor of Afragola, Armando Bello and the mayor of New Arsfly, Jersey Swed were kidnapped and shot by Captain Edoardo Lunês. Armando Bello's wife, Martina Decrob, senior army officers and members of the statele section of the [[DNS]] were also murdered. Meanwhile an offensive was launched to conquer the central region of Dømin, including the cities of Opock, Uprella, Manga, Polpette and the state capital, New Arsfly. The occupied territories were placed under the leadership of a military junta, nicknamed the Majors.
