'''Art''' (born 11 June 2002) is an East Pacifican community member, roleplayer, and government staffer. He joined The East Pacific(TEP) and NationStates during the second Drew Durnil Wave. Soon after he started participating in TEP Evolved RP and the various ministries. Currently, he is serving as the Bureau of News and Records' Chronicler, the Ministry of Culture's Radio Culture handler, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Senior Diplomat to Packilvania Hall. He is also serving as a Filipino translator for the Ministry of Virtual Enhancement, a thinker for the Force Ministry of Culture, and a writer for NationStates Today.

He joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in May 2020. He was initially assigned as Junior Diplomat to The Rejected Realms on May 23, 2020, before being assigned as the Diplomat to Force on June 3, 2020. He would later be promoted as Senior Diplomat on June 10, 2020. He was also assigned as the Diplomat to Fylkirvegr on July 31, 2020, and the Diplomat to India on September 2, 2020.
He would later resign as a senior diplomat at April 16, 2021 because of personal reasons.
