The '''United Nations of the Auroran Continent''' (abbreviated as the UNAC) is a multilateral organization comprised of countries in Aurora. It was formed in June 2021 when the ''Charter of the United Nations of the Auroran Continent'' was passed by the founding members following negotiations facilitated by Emberitian President Nimona Poole. With the continent divided by the Auroran-Pacific War and the subsequent secession of the Allied states from the Auroran Continental Assembly (ACA) to form the Auroran Union (AU). Craving peace, the nations acceded to the union resisting the urge for reparations but conceding to concessions for insular states.
The alliance consists of trade agreements, a military pact, and integrates its member nations. Unique among international organizations of the Urth, it is considered a ''sui generis'' institution eschewing the boundaries of an alliance and a supranational government. The legislative branch of the UNAC consists of the Council of the UNAC and Auroran Parliament. The latter passes non-binding resolutions and approves legislative proposals and the former has power over security issues.
