This is an accounting and finance term that refers to the legal framework enabling companies to reduce their tax burden. They do this by exploiting the legal framework of [[Tivot]] and - more broadly - the [[United Nations of the Auroran Continent]]. It was originally developed by Governor [[Eliri Drzevili]] of Tivot following independence from [[Salovia]]. They enlisted the advice of [[Edwin Ita]] and [[Kaha Marama]] of [[Ita Marama]] (an audit and accounting agency originating from [[the Oan Isles]]). It was the vision of Drzevili to transform Tivot into a global financial centre.
