It was built in 1923 by the Magisterium of Paxism in Free Pax States under Great Magister Suhad Mudawaheen. The Magisterium of Paxism in Packilvania smuggled over 20,000 artefacts and manuscripts that were threatened by the Packilvanian Communist Party with destruction. One of the foremost advocates and funders of the construction was the 18th Duke of Ebron and a number of members of the nobility of Packilvania.
The Main Building is built from white marble. It has a massive golden dome above a central hall. It has 12 towers, the highest of which is used by the priest and his team for calls to prayer. The Clock Tower has a massive clock that has a large iron-cast bell system that chimes at regular intervals during the day. The building sits right on the coast and is surrounder by plush Gardens. The building is connected to a Floating Pavilion with a covered pier.
