To move some text or other element lower than its usual position. Can be useful e.g. to position <nowiki><ref></nowiki>erence links (footnote links) appearing in tables without any preceeding text (cf {{tl|Infobox Ethnic group}}, [[List of people known as father or mother of something]]).
The optional parameter ''offset'' specifies how far the text is to be moved downward (default 4px).
